Larkspur

Larkspur is one of the most charming towns in Marin County with a population of 12,000 and some of the best schools in the country.

Located less than fifteen miles from San Francisco, the town of Larkspur houses Marin's main ferry terminal located in the Larkspur Landing area on the San Francisco Bay, which makes for an easy commute for passengers headed to the Financial District in San Francisco.

There is also a scenic downtown, which is officially listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The temperature ranges from an average low of 41 degrees, to an average high of 85 degrees. Larkspur Landing is a historically relevant area of Marin County.

Built in the 1970s, "The Landing" is a regional hub receiving heavy service throughout the North Bay for commuter ferries to downtown San Francisco.

Located within The Landing is Marin Country Mart, centered on a lovely outdoor seating area with picturesque views of the Bay. Live music on Friday nights, a Farmer's Market on Saturdays, and food trucks on Sundays, make The Landing a local hotspot and add to Larkspur's appeal.
