Corte Madera

The beautiful town of Corte Madera is often referred to as “The Hidden Jewel of Marin County,” offering the ideal balance between rural and urban living.

Wildlife preserves like Corte Madera Ecological Reserve, Shorebird Marsh and the Ring Mountain Preserve are minutes away from upscale shopping centers like The Town Center and The Village. Highway 101 crosses through the town offering easy access to Sonoma and Napa wine country, as well as San Francisco.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 4.4 square miles with a population of about 9,300.

The town is generally alight with sunshine that peeks through coastal fog near Mount Tamalpais.
