Here's what a few of my clients have to say about working with me...

Tim and Samantha McCandless
 Kentield

Samantha: “Courtney basically lays out a strategy and then perfectly lays out all the pieces.

She's always working, always strategizing, always on top of everything and there's never a moment when she's not aware of what's going on.  I don’t think there’s anyone I know who works harder. ”

Tim: "With how competitive the market is, to have someone who is--as she says: "fully caffeinated 24/7" makes a big difference."

Samantha: "I felt she could've easily passed us off  on a house, but she spent the extra time finding the place that she felt was going to be the best fit for us. I actually missed her after the buying process because I really felt that she cared about our family. She's amazing, and I really hope we're friends with her for a really long time."

David Kiachko and Kate Lipman
San Francisco (Sale)
and Tiburon (Purchase)

David: “Courtney was just so different from every other real estate agent we ever met. There was no pressure, she just seemed anxious to help us. With Courtney you felt like she was not just your real estate agent, she was your friend.

Kate: "She was always checking her emails and responding to our phone calls right away. And she would rather get something that’s a good fit for you than something that you can afford but isn’t what will make you happy.

She’s authentic,  she loves people, and you can tell."

David: "When she sold my home in San Francisco, it was obvious she knew the market there as well, but more than that it was just the strategy for how to get me the very best price.

I thought she was pricing it too low and she just said: “David, trust me, this is how you’re going to get the most bidders," and that’s exactly what happened.

There was a lot of work that needed to be done on my old place, and Courtney took care of it all.

She had all the connections, she had everything fixed at the most reasonable price possible.

Then, after she helped us find and purchase our Tiburon home, she kept checking in on us, giving us advice…she was amazing.”

Reed Albergotti and Sascha Yim
      Corte Madera

Sasha: “Courtney was recommend to us by my boss who said he wouldn't work with anyone else. You spend so much time looking for a place, driving around with someone and it's great that she's fun and funny and good to be with.

Reed: ”She's also opinionated-- but not in a bad way!   It's really good to find someone who knows how to read us and can maybe even know what we want even before we know what we want, that was great.

Sasha: “We really felt that she had our best interests at heart and wasn’t just trying to make sure we bought a place and closed the deal, which was great, and unique, I think.

Reed: “We’d be sitting there having conversations with her at nine at night or even later and she was always doing research for us, emailing us, and filling out documents. She really works hard which I think is kind of hard to find in real estate.

I would say she's a tenacious, hard-working person who you're actually going to have fun working with when you're looking for real estate. I've already recommended her to other people.”

Beth and Lee Adams
Corte Madera (Sale)
and Greenbrae (Purchase)

Beth: “She totally cared about our family and was considerate. We had our 2 small children and we were doing showings, and she did whatever she could to accommodate our chaotic schedule, and nap times. And she brought her personal things from home -nice things- to augment the stuff that we had. All that is a sign of caring about clients and wanting what’s best for them.”

Lee: “There was never a period of time where we were left wondering: "I don’t know what’s happening next" or "I don’t know what we’re supposed to do" or "I don’t know what the next step is.”

Beth: “I don’t think there was a time that I contacted Courtney when it was more than like 10 or 15 minutes before I got a response.

And when we were purchasing our Greenbrae home, she was able to represent us and why we wanted to be here, and really tell a compelling story as our advocate.”
